The church needs faithful and strong leadership. Leadership is a skill that takes time to develop.

The goal of the TN Valley Leadership Retreat is to be a resource for church leaders so that they might lead and minister well in a changing culture.

This retreat is for all current and prospective church leaders. Elders, deacons, and ministers play a crucial role in the church. It is crucial for leaders to continue to hone their skills.

This retreat is also for prospective leaders. Not everyone is ready to assume leadership positions. If you are someone who aspires to church leadership, this retreat can be a good resource for you.

This year, the retreat will be on October 17-18 at the Dayton Church of Christ.

Most of our participating churches are close enough that they do not need overnight accommodations.

However, if you or your church needs overnight accommodation, please let Matthew Higginbotham know and we may be able to work something out.
